Inspiring dinner at Vork & Mes

After working in Michelin star restaurants including La Tante Clair*** in England, Jonathan Karpathios used his extensive experience and passion for natural foods to open the restaurant Vork & Mes in 2007. Jonathan’s self-imposed challenge is to cook as purely as possible, with respect for the animal, the seasons and with no artificial additives. In his quest to source the freshest products and to know the behind the production of the ingredients, Jonathan gained an interest in growing fresh food himself; which you can often find right outside in the garden of Vork & Mes.
